Recordings

This recording guides you into a state of relaxation from your toes to your head!  Find a comfortable position either lying down or sitting.  It's best if your head and shoulders have a place to lean on, like the back of a chair or pillow.  You will relax physically and mentally, and then be brought out of the relaxation.  Total time of the recording is just under 11 minutes.  Enjoy!!!
